Month of Apple Bugs Announced

News for all of us Apple fans - Kevin Finisterre and LMH have announced that they will disclose a new Apple bug a day for the month of January, 2007. Interesting way to start the new year. These disclosed bugs will range from both the Mac OS X operating system and the applications that run on Mac OS X.

Based on past precedence, some of those application bugs will likely be from Internet Explorer for Mac OS X. We will be interested in seeing whether those bugs will actually be disclosed, or whether Apple will find a way to stop the disclosure.

Given that the month of Apple bugs does happen, how many 0-day exploits will we see based on the bugs disclosed? Will these 0-day exploits be released to the public in the form of proof-of-concepts, or will they be sold privately, as this article talks about?
