Implement Disk Space Checking on Manager

As the Manager creates more and more clones, eventually, the host system's partition will fill up completely, causing the VMware clone operation to hang. Ideally, the Manager should check the partition prior to creating a new clone (each time), so that if there is not enough disk space free, then the Manager would gracefully terminate.
